It is generally agreed that breast implants will cause some compression effect on the native breast tissue causing it to become more dense in composition. This requires some adjustments for the radiologists performing mammography on patients with implants, but probably does not significantly impact the overall size of the breast. Good luck!

Larger sized breast implants will typically have a greater effect in thinning-out a patients tissues as compared to smaller or more conservative sized implants.
